Chattery Court Cottage is a two bedroom self catering cottage, situated in Seaford, East Sussex. Comprising two en-suite bedrooms (a twin and a double room.) The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen to make self catering easy with adjoining dining area. The lounge area has two leather sofas, wide screen television, CD/MP3 player and some holiday reading material. The cottage can sleep up to five people, with the help of a temporary put me up bed.

THE PAVILION

The Pavilion is a family run business situated on Chattery Court next to the cottage. We roast our special blend of coffee beans every morning, serve a variety of locally sourced produce, homemade meals, light bites and snacks & take away menu.

The Pavilion is currently open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.00 and on Saturday from 8.30am to 4.00pm. Hot food finishes at 3pm. We can offer a choice of fine wines and beers to accompany your meal.

HIRE THE PAVILION

The Pavilion is available for hire for private functions, such as Office Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christenings, Wakes and other family gatherings. We have inside seating upto 45, and can provide a tailored service to include, hire of licensed premises, food menu, staff and the facility to play CD's or Ipod for your occasion. For those Summer months, we also have an outside garden terrace, which seats approximately 50 people.

OUTSIDE CATERING

We are able to offer our customers and local businesses outside catering which includes door to door delivery. If you do not wish to hire our premises, though require a buffet selection of sandwiches, quiches, hand raised pies and desserts etc OR large pots of homemade soups, chili or curry served with crusty bread and choice of homemade desserts (Banoffee Pie, Fruit Crumbles, Bread Pudding, Rock Cakes.) OR perhaps you would like a "Cream Tea Party", we can cater and provide you with homemade Scones, Clotted Creams, Jam Portions etc. Then please call 01323 894864 and outline your requirements.

TAPAS ON THE TERRACE

 In 2008 we did not have particularly decent Summer evenings to accompany our "Tapas on the Terrace", and turned our attention to creating a Spanish ambience inside. This was created with Spanish music, candlelights, and authentic tapas served on terrocotta dishes. We also succesfully held a number of events which included a live guitarist.  

We hope that the 2009 weather is kinder so that our customers can enjoy that Med feeling on the terrace.  We hope to restart the Tapas Nights in May every Friday and Saturday evening.

Although we will in May open only on Friday and Saturday Evenings we can cater for larger bookings during the week, for a different office party, birthday or other event. Please reserve by calling us on 01323 894864.
